To The O'Sheamobile

Thanks to a wonderful suggestion by Elfgrove, I’ve quickly and easily swapped my accounts.

This blog is now osheamobile-old, and the other one is madeoffailproductions-old. Neither will continue updating after this point.

If you are following me, Kevin, personally, please follow osheamobile, now properly allocated as my Tumblr Primary.

If you are following Made of Fail Productions: The Behind-The-Scenes Tumblr, please follow madeoffailproductions, now properly allocated as my Tumblr Secondary - which also means that other Made of Fail people with Tumblr accounts can be granted posting access to it.

I apologise for any confusion.

elfgrove asked: A variant on ischadie's suggestion. Rename both existing blogs to be "username-moved". Make a post on each giving a link to the new account location (presumably the same as the old). Close the ask boxes. Create a new account where the primary and secondary are set up as originally intended. Have the first post of each link back to the "-moved" archive accounts. Carry on as before with your new accounts.

is an actually well-thought-out plan and I’m going to move it to the top of my options list.

Because I’ve always tried to keep personal politics and opinions off the main site as much as possible, because I’m VERY opinionated and Made of Fail Productions, though under my ownership, is made up of many different people with many different opinions and has fans with even MORE varied opinions, and we try not to alienate anyone specifically.

It seems like the easiest solution, but it just throws things off balance, because the “new” madeoffailproductions tumblr will have, for example, lots of discussions on politics and rape and etc. in its history, which really doesn’t belong there.

People go back through old posts on tumblr, and I’d prefer to keep the weirdness to a minimum.

Tumblr followers of both osheamobile and madeoffailproductions, I’ve mentioned a few times that I mistakenly registered Made of Fail’s tumblr first and my personal one second, due to a misunderstanding of how Tumblr worked. Furthermore, I have lamented the inability to switch between primary blogs, which I understand why it’s not in place but it’s very inconvenient. Especially because there are certain things that Primary blogs are allowed to do but not Secondary, and other things that Secondary blogs have enabled but are not available to Primary.

Which leaves me with a dilemma. Do I:

A: Leave things the way it is, where madeoffailproductions is the primary and osheamobile is the secondary, which is the lazy and easy answer but continues to deprive me of easy actions, and confuses people who want to follow me personally but get responses and asks from Made of Fail

B: Delete both and start over again, which causes everything to be a complete mess

C: Delete/transfer contents between the two and rename them, which seems the best course of action but again confuses people who want to follow one and not both, and then they have to find me again or just unfollow me out of frustration

D: Add a third blog and perform the actions of C but with a mobius double reacharound action thereby confusing everyone INCLUDING myself

E: Some other way that’s easier than I’m making this out to be but I don’t know about and hopefully you guys do and can tell me how in an ask?

So those are my choices. I’m currently leaning towards C, which will be a pain but I can do it with enough time to back up and transfer content.

Anyway. Thoughts, comments, etc. Drop them in the ask box. You can’t simply reply to this post because again, this is a secondary blog, not the primary, and thus one of the reasons I want to do this whole thing.

I’ll try not to do this often since there are whole blogs devoted to reviewing bras but I just got back from trying out a Lynx sports bra and I gotta brag. 

Honestly, this bra is amazing! I was a little skeptical at first because of how thin they are and I’m used to really thick sports bras to keep everything in. Apparently, my first impression was completely off. It supports me really well without suffocating me!! 

When I was looking at which one to get, I let them know what my size was to check against their sizing chart. I fell between a few sizes so they sent me the 4 Dart, the 5 Dart, and two of the new prototypes which are even more supportive: the Zoom. (Apparently Zooms with be available next month) Seriously, they sent me all 4 potential sizes so I could pick the one that fits best (and send back the rest, of course).  How convenient is that?

I just got back from doing an intense cardio class in my new 4 Dart and it worked so well!! I didn’t have to hike the bra back into place once during the whole class! X3 

And, I love this part, it’s bathing suit material and stays just as supportive when wet! I CAN PLAY BEACH SPORTS IN IT! 

Long story short: New favorite sports bra brand!! :D
